While a Tennessee marriage license is required, blood tests are not, and there's no waiting period to obtain a license. You can obtain a marriage license via the Sevier County Clerk up to 30 days prior to your ceremony. Remember that both parties have to be present and don't forget to bring documentation - preferably a driver's license or birth certificate!
